Miguna Reveals What to Expect After Uhuru Was Declared Winner [VIDEO]

Former Nairobi Gubernatorial candidate Dr Miguna Miguna on Monday night revealed five things that will happen following IEBC's declaration of Uhuru Kenyatta as President-elect.

Speaking during a panel discussion at NTV, Miguna explained that there will be petitions filed at the Supreme Court challenging the election results.

Secondly, the renowned lawyer noted that there will be constitutional applications to the Supreme Court questioning the validity of the October 26th election.

He cited one case that has already been filed by Human Right activist Okiya Omtatah challenging the validity of the poll.

Dr Miguna also revealed that there will be a people's resistance against dictatorship and the illegitimate government.

"As you recall about 20 Million registered voters exist in Kenya and only 7 Million voted. That is less than 2/3 meaning that 2/3 have not given Uhuru legitimacy," Miguna stated.

The vocal lawyer also submitted that the National Super Alliance (NASA) had indicated that they will move to people's assembly. According to him, this will crystalise in the coming days.

Lastly, Miguna explained that the Supreme Court would nullify the election results again.

"In my humble view, having practiced law and looked at the evidence so far adduced in the public domain, this exercise will be nullified by the Supreme Court.

"In my view, the Supreme Court will find people guilty of committing election offences," Miguna explained.
