Kenyans were on Tuesday involved in discussions after Nyeri Governor Wahome Gakuru was pronounced dead following a tragic road accident.
Under the topics Nyeri, Governor, #RIPWahomeGakuru and Dr Wahome Gakuru, various condolence messages were shared. Among these were National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders who had nothing but kind sentiments to share concerning the departed.
In his message, Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula eulogised the late Governor as a friend who worked for peace.

The principal's message was, however, received with contempt from NASA supporters who accused the departed of being against Opposition Chief Raila Odinga.

The Nyeri Governor succumbed to injuries at the Thika Level 5 Hospital where he had been admitted for emergency care.
