1st Announcement NASA Will Make When Raila Returns to Kenya

Kisumu Senator Fred Outa has announced that the National Super Alliance (NASA) will be announcing more companies that its supporters should boycott as soon as Raila Odinga returns from his trip abroad.

The coalition had earlier announced that there will be a major rally at Nairobi's Kamukunji grounds on Thursday to welcome Mr Odinga.

Senator Outa stated: "We will announce more products to boycott once our leader gets back from abroad.

"The targeted companies must feel the pinch of election injustice. They cannot defeat the will of the people," he added.

The Senator noted that NASA was investigating companies they allege worked with the Jubilee administration to commit electoral fraud.

He further stated that the coalition's People's Assembly motion would be tabled in the Kisumu County Assembly on Wednesday.

"The People's Assembly motion will be tabled in Kisumu county assembly tomorrow for debate and approval," Outa stated.

Counties that have so far passed the motion include Siaya, Busia, Homa Bay and Vihiga.

According to NASA, the People's Assembly will be a broad-based group with members drawn from various groups that will discuss important national issues.

They have maintained that the assembly will be in place 'until a legitimate government is in place' as they do not recognize the President Uhuru Kenyatta-led administration.
