Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria claims that the Opposition will swear in former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and later force their way to State House.
Mr Kuria has revealed that the National Super Alliance (NASA) will administer the oath for the Presidency to Mr Odinga on Jamhuri Day at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu County.
Kuria further alleges that a retired Judge will administer the oath and, thereafter, Mr Odinga will lead the charge as his supporters invade State House Kisumu.

Earlier on Thursday, Attorney General Githu Muigai dismissed the plot by NASA as tantamount to treason.
"I reiterate that any attempts to swear in any person as President other than the one elected in line with the constitution and in a manner provided for in the law is unlawful, illegal, null and void ab initio," Mr Muigai warned.
He added that should NASA go ahead with the plan to make Mr Odinga President, the treacherous act will attract a death sentence by law.
While speaking from the City Mortuary, NASA leader Raila Odinga reiterated that the Opposition will not abandon the swearing-in.
United States Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary at the US government’s Bureau of African Affairs Donald Yamamoto had sent a plea to Mr Odinga urging him to rescind the plan, however, the Opposition chief has dismissed the request.
"We thought we had friends but we were wrong and now we know they are enemies. Up to today, no single ambassador has condemned the killing of people by police.

"The western countries should, therefore, keep off the affairs of the country as Kenyan problems will only be solved by Kenyans themselves," Mr Odinga stated on Thursday.
Kenyans reacted to the post with many of the MP's followers condemning the move as a breach of the law. Other commentators also took on President Uhuru Kenyatta accusing him of being too lenient on the Opposition.
