The gift was presented by Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala on behalf of all the NASA Members of Parliament and Senators.

Speaking on Sunday during the launch, the former Prime Minister vowed to be sworn-in on January 30.

He also dared the government to arrest him alongside other NASA leaders after the planned inauguration ceremony has taken place.

"On January 30, I will be sworn-in and this time it's a real deal and anyone saying it's treason let him come and arrest us," Mr Odinga stated.

Odinga also highlighted: "The event is not only about carrying the Bible and saying 'I swear', I want to make it real. We want this swearing-in to be inclusive of all Kenyans. That's why we are discussing before we go ahead."
