Billionaire businessman Jimi Wanjigi and Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho are among National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders who have been ordered to report to Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Headquarters tomorrow at 11 am.
The High Court granted Sh100,000 anticipatory bail and ordered Police not to arrest James Orengo, George Aladwa, Simba Arati, George Khaniri, Jimi Wanjigi, Norman Magaya, Gladys Wanga, David Ndii, Babu Owino, Oduor Ongwen, Cleophas Malala and Hassan Joho.
The court decision comes as a crackdown on opposition figures rages on following the swearing-in of Raila Odinga as the 'People's President' on January 30.
The vocal leaders who have been granted anticipatory bail were all involved in the Uhuru Park event.

They were represented in court by Nelson Havi, who is also part of National Resistance Movement (NRM) General Miguna Miguna's legal team.
The High Court on Monday ordered the Inspector-General of Police Joseph Boinnet and DCI boss George Kinoti to appear in court on Tuesday morning with Miguna, whose whereabouts had been unknown.
However, Boinnet and Kinoti failed to appear in court and instead sent representatives.
On Tuesday morning, the office of the DPP (Director of Public Prosecutions) told the court that Miguna had been charged in Kajiado.
Justice Luka Kimaru will on Tuesday afternoon rule on an application to charge Boinnet and Kinoti with contempt of court.
After the swearing-in, Interior CS Fred Matiang'i declared the Miguna-led NRM a criminal group as the government switched off 3 television stations for seven days.

The Police have since stated that the 12 leaders granted anticipatory bail were not being sought in connection with any crime at the moment.
In a tweet that followed the ruling, they stated: "The National Police Service wishes to state that neither Hassan Joho, Jimmy Wanjigi, David Ndii nor the 9 others who have sought anticipatory bail are being sought as of now in connection with commision of any crimes."
