Mutahi Ngunyi Fiercely Defends Jimi Wanjigi

Controversial political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has vehemently defended National Super Alliance (NASA)-allied businessman Jimi Wanjigi.

In a post on his Twitter account, Mutahi maintained that he would back whatever action Jimi would take against Nation Media Group (NMG) for publishing his image on an obituary.

Ngunyi argued that NMG had no legitimate excuse for publishing Jimi's obituary their newspaper.

The political analyst also advised Jimi to sue the media house for failing to exercise "Duty of Care".

"On the Jimi Wanjigi obituary, the Daily Nation has no excuse. He should sue them for failing to exercise Duty of Care," Mutahi stated.

Ngunyi also cautioned Wanjigi's enemies, asking them to take the war against the businessman away from his wife and children.

"To Wanjigi's enemies keep his woman and children out of our wars as men" he stated.

Kenyans on Wednesday woke up to a death announcement of one James Wanjagi who was to be buried on January 6.

Jimi Wanjigi was the brainchild of the Jubilee party but has since turned into a NASA heavyweight, rubbing the ruling party the wrong way.
