Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has addressed a video that made rounds on social media showing him swimming unclothed alongside children.
The clip landed the celebrated comedian into trouble with most tweeps expressing their outrage over the video.
Through his social media, Eric admitted that he was in the wrong stating that he did not mean to offend anyone.
"I have been a comedian all my life. Many are the times that I have errored. Today was one of those days. I have offended so many. I did not in any way intend to offend anyone. I am deeply sorry for that," he posted on Instagram.

His apology was well received by Kenyans who urged Eric to learn from his mistakes.
"What were you thinking @ericomondi kids are not to be used for comedy in any way. Grow up," one user wrote.
While another stated: "It wouldn't have been an issue if you did it in a swimsuit, the bigger boys were in pants, only the small ones were completely nude. It is good you have realized your mistake and apologized."
"Real man apologize!-- you are the man!-- let life go on! apologies accepted!" another acknowledged.
The video which surfaced online on Wednesday resulted in Eric receiving backlash with many stating it was in bad taste.
The Consumer Federation of Kenya (Cofek) was among the first people condemning the video asserting that Eric had crossed the line.
The organization also stated: "He has crossed the red line of indecent exposure and must be arrested, and put under medical test to ascertain whether its deliberate or if he is unwell."
Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Director of Communication, Phillip Etale, also called for the KFCB CEO Ezekiel Mutua to act regarding the video since it portrays "comedy gone sour".
Despite a majority of netizens attacking the popular comedian, there are a number of people who defended him noting that it is the ultimate sign of freedom.
"Am jealous of Eric Omondi. That's true freedom. Concurring Shame, fear and ego," posted Kenyan artist Juliani.
