Former NTV presenter Kobi Kihara is among Kenyan personalities who have been chosen by international magazine for a job.
The former host of NTV’s AM Live will now be a Global Brand Ambassador for Luxuria Lifestyle magazine based in the UK. She shared the news on social media with so much excitement.
“This is how excited you look when you get the news that you’re one of the new Global Brand Ambassadors for Luxuria Lifestyle Network. Can’t wait to take you guys through the world of luxury,” her message read on Instagram.
The TV personality is not the only Kenyan working for the international luxury publication. UN Ambassador and media personality Pinky Ghelani, former K24’s Remmy Majala and a Kenyan events organizer Mike Mwai are also listed as ambassadors.

“Happy to be part of this amazing team,” Remmy Majala stated while speaking of the new international gig that she is part of.
Luxuria Lifestyle magazine describes itself on its website as “digital magazine group providing all-encompassing guide to the affluent lifestyle, including informative and interesting articles on the world’s most luxurious products and services.”
Even though Kobi has not revealed details of how much she will get for pushing the brand on social media, influencer marketing is known to earn a lot. Benefits of her new job might include getting paid for trips and events.
Ms Kihara, in June, left her lucrative job at NTV noting that she was pursuing other prospects which would see her leave the country as well.
She was invited to join the world-famous Parsons School of Design in New York City where she was set to study fashion and shoe design.
“I will be studying fashion business and shoe design in one of the best schools in the world and only God could have made it possible, we give him all the glory,” a post about her new admission to the design school read.
Kobi also shared that she would be starting a shoe business in the country at the end of 2018.
