Video of Governor Hassan Joho Flirting Publicly

Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho recently expressed some sweet words to a lady at an event in his County.

Joho was speaking during the handing over of the new Maternal High Dependency Unit (MHDU) at the Coast General Hospital.

The Mombasa County boss went on a charm offensive on one Rita Okuthe, complementing her evident beauty.

Madam Rita alisema mambo ya kuresist. Mimi nawaambia hebu you look at her, mwaeza resist kweli nyinyi?” Naona wanaume wanasmile smile kweli. Mtaresist vipi sasa (Madam Rita talked about resisting. I'm asking you to take a look at her, can you really resist)?” he asked jokingly as the crowd cheered him on.

Sisi tumesema the only kuresist kwetu ni ya ufisadi tu na wale wafisadi lakini look at you bana… and your team also. Kuna kuresist hapo kweli (We have stated the only resisting we'll do is on corruption and the corrupt people, but just look at youself... and your team also. Can we really resist)?” he asked laughing.

Ms Okuthe only blushed as the governor praised her beauty.

Joho had launched a Ksh14 million Maternal High Dependency Unit at the Coast Provincial General Hospital (CPGH).

The project, carried out in conjunction with Safaricom Foundation, in which Mombasa County did the infrastructural changes worth Ksh8 million while Safaricom brought in equipment worth Ksh6 million.

The Unit was equipped with eight modern beds, with each bed having a five-parameter monitor and oxygen tank to handle complex pregnancy cases.

This was the first time CPGH, which is the largest 600-bed-capacity referral hospital at the Coast, got a Maternal High Dependency Unit.

Speaking during the launch, Governor Joho stated that they did not take for granted Safaricom's programme to equip the hospital.

“With other donors, it would have taken years to implement such a project, but Safaricom came in and before we could even realise it, we were called to launch it,” the Mombasa County boss stated.

“I made it my business to change the state of this institution and we have been able to make steps. We will continue working with other people to ensure we achieve greatness,” Joho added.
