Safaricom on Friday unveiled the winner of the fourth apartment in the Maisha Ni M-Pesa Tu promotion that is in its fifth week now.
Mr Benson Kilonzo, a foreman from Kitui County, joyously danced as he received the key to the Ksh7.8 Million apartment accompanied by his first born son and his elder brother.
Kilonzo narrated that he had decided to move to Nairobi since he had never lived or owned a home in the city before.
"My name is Benson Kilonzo Munywoki from Kitui County, Kitui East constituency, Nzambani village and I am not going back there now that I've won this apartment.

"I am so overwhelmed and happy that I won this apartment, I don't even know what to say," the evidently happy winner stated.
He narrated that his informal work as a foreman had necessitated various opportunities to use the mobile money transfer platform while paying wages to fellow workers.
"I work in construction but I don't work under any contractor I just work on local constructions around my neighbourhood.
"I use M-Pesa to mostly pay the people we work together with. I just request the owner of the project to send me the money in my M-Pesa and I pay the others from there," he narrated.
He becomes the fourth winner after Meru businesswoman Jeniffer Kathure, South African designer Erick Lindenberg and James Njagi, an artisan at Gikomba Market won three other apartments before him.
Five more houses to be won are located in Nairobi's Kahawa West estate off Thika Road and the Eastern Bypass.
