The first apartment in the promotion was won by jua kali artisan from Gikomba Market James Njagi

The second one went to Kenya-based South African designer Erick Lindenberg who described the M-Pesa experience as convenient for himself and his family who live with him in Kenya.

"From my first days, I have come to prefer M-Pesa for most of my transactions as I find it convenient to use my phone when paying for fuel, shopping, making payments to other people and for booking the SGR on regular family trips to the Coast," he stated as he received the key to his apartment.

Meru businesswoman Jennifer Kathure became the third winner of the apartment at Richland Point who conveyed that M-Pesa was critical for her various business pursuits.

The fourth winner came from Kitui County where he works as an informal sector construction foreman. Mr Benson Kilonzo narrated that M-Pesa is the major mode of payment he uses to pay fellow workers.

Mzee Juma Saidi of Mombasa County won the apartment last week. Mzee Saidi works in Uganda and uses M-Pesa to sustain his family in Mombasa county.

There now remains just one more apartment to be won as the promotion draws to a close.
