Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s Father Dying Wishes Revealed

Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s late father Peter Musyoka’s pertinent wishes including that of his son have been revealed.

Speaking during his final send-off ceremony, Mzee Mairu’s confidant’s disclosed that he had a dying wish for his son to be the president of the Republic of Kenya.

They also stated that the deceased had wanted piped water extended to his rural home at Tseikuru in Kitui County.

Mwingi North MP Paul Nzengu, who was at the event, divulged that a contract to provide piped water to the region had failed to materialise.

Your excellency, Mzee would have wanted to have piped water. There is a contract that was given to bring water from Kiambere to Tseikuru, but its now three years but nothing has happened.” the MP appealed to President Uhuru Kenyatta who was also in attendance.

The late Mairu’s confidant Campbell Munyambu disclosed that he had told him about one of the wishes in August 2018, months before his passing on.

Several other dignitaries such as ODM leader Raila Odinga, DP William Ruto, Governor Mike Sonko attended the burial held at Tseikuru.

The late Peter Musyoka died on Saturday October 28 while undergoing treatment at Nairobi Hospital aged 94.

Before the passing of the former Vice President’s mother in 2006, reports indicated that she had also had a strong wish for her son to ascend to the highest office on the land.

The deceased played a huge role in the 2013 General Election after he endorsed Kitui Gubernatorial aspirant Ngumbau Mulwa and Mwingi North parliamentary aspirant Musyimi Nzengu.
