Sonko Goes After 7 Governors Who Dumped Their Baby Mamas

Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has revealed that he got complaints against two Cabinet secretaries, four principal secretaries, seven governors, two presidential candidates, 26 MPs, nine senators,  22 MCAs from various counties and eight prominent businessmen, who have abandoned children they sired out of wedlock.

In a Facebook post on Friday, Sonko announced that he was constituting a legal team to represent the mothers who had filed the complaints.

The governor also disclosed that he would publish the astonishing revelations in the local dailies.

“We are in the final process of hiring advocates for all the affected victims so that those implicated can be compelled by the courts to take DNA tests,” read part of his post.

“The dossier, including evidence (SMS ,WhatsApp, photos, video and audio recordings) loading and will soon be published in the newspapers advertiser's feature and on this page," Sonko revealed.

He added that some of the politicians on his list had asked the women to abort their pregnancies after having unprotected sex with them.

"In a number of cases, we men are carelessly doing 'bad manners' with our girlfriends without protection and even testing for HIV. Afterwards, we send money to our girlfriends convincing them to abort," he divulged.

During the burial of the late Kibra MP Ken Okoth, Governor Sonko stated that he would be exposing politicians who had sired children out of wedlock.

He went on a rant on how the late Ken Okoth’s second and secret 'wife', Ann Thumbi, had threatened to stop the deceased’s burial unless her son, whom she reportedly conceived with Ken, was recognised by his family.

Sonko dropped the bombshell at Moi Girls, Nairobi, in front of Ken’s widow, Monica Okoth, his brother Imran Okoth and top leaders like ODM leader, Raila Odinga.
