A rib-tickling scenario was witnessed in Nairobi Central Business District after a man dressed in shorts and a vest, was witnessed comfortably riding on top of a police vehicle.
In a viral video circulating on the internet, the man, who is on top of the vehicle, folds his hands as he cosily lies on the windscreen.
The windows of the vehicle were tinted, making it hard to identify the individuals inside the car.
Baffled by the scene, some of the Kenyans are seen standing to witness the rare sight.
A tweep suggested that the man had stood in front of the vehicle, hoping to be run over by the police.
"He stood in front of the car wanting to be ran over, but the cops didn't, that's how he ended up there," Muchai Evans opined.
Kenyans, in their usual nature, took to social media to highlight the strange scene, some questioning if indeed police officers were inside the vehicle.
"A rare picture of a taxpayer enjoying his money," Archer Mishale commented.
"Is this for real..but seems like they are headed to Central Police Station," Bob Syan weighed in.
"Hii ndo tutasema kukalia serikali," Abdullahi Savo noted.
"This happened in Kenya??????" Gracie questioned.
