Deputy President William Ruto on Saturday, October 26, sparked a debate with his birthday message to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In a tweet, the DP revealed that Uhuru was a great inspiration to him and the many Kenyans who look up to him.
Ruto went on to add that he was looking forward to what he and the president had agreed to do when they retire.
His message left netizens wondering what exactly their retirement plan was.Others kept guessing if Ruto was going to exit the political stage soon.
Donald Rabala wrote, "You are retiring with the boss? I thought you are on the ballot in 2022?"
Pauline Ann commented, "Ruto, just share those retirement plans, we might also benefit.
