Viral Boy Who Imitated Citizen TV Reporters Receives Special Gift 

A young boy who imitated Citizen TV reporters in a video that went viral on Saturday, November 2, has had good tidings come his way since then.

Levis Saoli who is a high school student, on Monday, November 11, finally met one of his role models- Nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura, days after an interview with Citizen TV's Nimrod Taabu.

In a Facebook post by Mwaura, he offered to pay school fees for Saoli beginning next year, 2020.

"I will be helping the family to pay part of his school fees in the new year," pledged the senator.

Mwaura was pleased by news that Levis had mentioned him as his role model.

"I got a call from Mudukiza Joe a sickle cell warrior who informed me that the little boy had me as his role model. I said to him, 'I hope this is not one of those photo moments or a pickup line'.

"So Joe said that the boy would be eager to meet me and I gave them a date for Monday," Mwaura confirmed.

From the pictures shared by Mwaura after his bonding moment with Saoli, who was accompanied by his sister Sanaipei Torome, show that the young boy could not hide his joy.

On November 6, Citizen TV granted the form two boy access to its studios where he interacted with Taabu among other anchors.

The station's Editorial Director Joe Ageyo had also announced that he would receive mentorship from seasoned media personalities at Royal Media.
