Citizen TV actor, Kamau Kinuthia popularly known as Omosh, of Tahidi High fame was on the night of Saturday, November 30, involved in a grisly accident.

The actor was traveling together with DJ Patchez The Mixboss and his wife when the tragedy occurred.

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, Patchez revealed that the trio had just left a wedding where he was the DJ while Omosh was the MC.

"We were from a wedding function in Matasia where I was the DJ and Omosh was the MC. The accident happened just at Alsop's after branching off towards Outering Road. I was driving to drop Omosh at his house in Komarock then head back to my house in Tena estate.

"I rammed into the car ahead due to poor visibility as a result of the heavy rains. My wife was seated beside me and Omosh was at the backseat. The seatbelts and the airbags saved us..the car was extensively damaged but none of us was injured," stated Patchez.

The car was towed to Kasarani Police Station.

Taking to social media, the DJ, who was driving, revealed that the three emerged unhurt despite his vehicle being damaged immensely.

He thanked God for keeping them safe even though his vehicle was written off.

"Last night, I had a terrible road accident with my wife and "Omosh" of Tahidi High.. My car was "written off" but luckily and by God's grace, we all got out in one piece...no scratch...Prayers work!" shared DJ Patchez.

It was not immediately clear where the accident occurred or what its cause was.

This comes just days after a K24 TV producer, Daniel Chemjor, passed away after his car plunged into the gorge in Baringo County.

He was headed to Kabarnet from Eldoret when his vehicle veered off the road while approaching the Kerio River bridge before rolling and falling into a deep gorge on Wednesday, November 20.
