Amazing Story Behind Bungoma Twins Who Scored Similar Marks in 2019 KCSE

Twins from Bungoma County are celebrating a rare fete after they score similar grades in the 2019 KCSE exams released by Education CS, Professor George Magoha on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.

According to a feature broadcast by Citizen TV on Friday, December 20, Stacy Mukhwana Juma and Shirley Mulongo Juma both scored A-minus from St Brigid's Girls High School in Trans Nzoia.

Even more mind-blowing is the fact that the duo scored exactly similar marks in the 2015 KCPE exams, attaining 408 marks.

"I am so happy. My desire is to be a dentist,” Shirley told Citizen TV

A dream her inseparable sister shared with her.

Their story gets more interesting as it was revealed that Stacy was index 74 while Shirley was index 75 during the exams.

"Initially they had different career dreams but now they hope their desire to take the same course will be realised once the placement exercise is done," their parents remarked.

In a similar story, on Thursday, December 19, Kenyans.co.ke also discovered that the top female candidate in 2019 KCSE, Barasa Maryanne Njeri, hails from a family of great minds.

Njeri, who scored an A of 87.159 points, was a student at Kenya High School and the second-best candidate in the 2019 national examinations.

Her first brother got into Harvard Business School, her second brother was the highest performer in SAT Kenya 2019, a triple blessing for the family.
