Ndindi Nyoro Lashes Out Over Raila's Dare

Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro on Saturday, December 28, lashed out over AU special envoy Raila Odinga's dare for Deputy President William Ruto to step aside and be investigated over corruption.

During an interview on Citizen TV, Raila raised questions on Ruto's contributions urging him to allow for investigations into what he termed as unexplained wealth.

"Which individual can have that much money? You are bringing crowds of people each and every day slaughtering chicken and paying for their transport and giving them petty cash, what is the source of such cash?" he questioned.

The Jubilee MP whose allied to the DP took to Facebook to fault Raila's sentiments calling for Ruto to step aside.

"Nonsense! Kenya doesn't belong to a few monarchies. Kenya belongs to all of us. The haves and have nots. The high and the lowly. Dynasties and sons of nobodies.

He added that, "Kila mtu ako na shares za Kenya and we have equal voting rights. Mmetuzoea sana nyinyi - you know yourselves! Ruto must go kwani anakaa kwenu? We are African and Africa is our business."

Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen also chimed in stating, "Our suspicions have been emphatically confirmed. BBI was about “Ruto Must Go”. They got very disappointed that nobody opposed the BBI report. Now Tinga has told us BBI to him is a Breaking Bridges Initiative. Absurdity."

DP Ruto also took issue with Raila's statement on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report where the latter had promised they were working to transform the country.

"Boss, the last time I checked Kenya was the collective business of the 47m of us. When did it become yours, for the rest of us to be patient with you, as you decide what is good for us," the DP tweeted.
