Shebesh Reveals Her Fate After Reshuffle Uncertainty

  • Public Service CAS Rachel Shebesh's position in government stood in question after the reshuffle by President Uhuru Kenyatta which saw new entrants and a number of officials moved to different departments.

In the new arrangement, Linah Jebii Kilimo was moved from the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries and posted to the Ministry of Public Service and Gender as Chief Administrative Secretary.

Kilimo's appointment caused uncertainty over the fate of Shebesh in the Ministry as there was no communication on whether she had been transferred or dropped.
