A woman condemned Isiolo Governor Mohammed Kuti and Senator Fatuma Dullo for allegedly propagating violence while engaging in premature campaigns ahead of the 2022 general elections.

The meeting, which had been attended by the two leaders, had been convened at the Isiolo police mess following a spate of criminal activitiy in the County.

In a video seen by Kenyans.co.ke, the woman lamented that the two were dividing area constituents rather than advocating for peace in the community.

"I want to tell the politicians that we did not elect them so that they could lead violence among residents. Before the both of you were elected to power, our County was peaceful.

"Nowadays, all we see is when Dullo has a meeting, Kuti sends people to boo her and vice versa. I would urge that both of you meet up and engage in a fist fight, otherwise, leave the residents out of your wars," she told them in the gathering amidst cheers among some residents.

She added that the youth needed to be guided and led by example but not to be paid small amounts of money to disrupt rallies and meetings.

Further, she questioned why the leaders failed to work together on projects but only availed themselves when problems emerged.

"This is the first time I am seeing both of you (referring to the two politicians) in a gathering together yet area residents elected you on the same day. Now, because there is a problem, you have both presented yourselves so that the residents can think you are good people but you are not," she said.

She completed her speech by declaring that the two politicians will not be elected come 2022.

Her speech was met by applause by the residents while both Kuti and Dullo just stared blankly from their seats.

Dullo has previously criticised Kuti's administration for poor health services and deplorable roads.
