The 24-storey spectacle that sits on a 1.8-acre prime piece of land in Nairobi's Westlands area, towering over its neighbours is a sight to behold.

Those who have had the pleasure of entering the giant Ksh4 billion Le Mac tower would argue that the view from inside is twice as magnificent.

When Mark Properties Limited hatched the idea of piercing Westlands skyline in 2013, they consulted Nominated Senator Sylvia Kasanga, who took the opportunity to show off her skills in architectural design.

Senator Kasanga has more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry.

On the political stage, she has been championing the empowerment of youth and women in rural areas. She also chairs the Senate Adhoc Committee on Covid-19.

Her architectural brainchild, the Le Mac tower, is a monumental development transforming the city’s skyline offering an unsurpassed mix of homes, offices, and recreational spaces.

Levels 1 to 6 contain the business hub which comprises prime office space and a grand entrance lobby which is sure to make a great first impression.

Levels 8 to 22 are reserved for residences which are a statement of impeccable architecture with immense attention to detail and a fine blend of the spaces to allow functional flows while guaranteeing utmost privacy.

The residences are intricately designed to offer open plan and modern living arrangements of 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed apartments which boast floor to ceiling windows, state-of-the-art finishes, and spectacular views.

The 24th level hosts the Sky Club that has an infinite heated swimming pool, spa, lavish gym, and steam/sauna. It also has a 200m-high skywalk balcony with a transparent floor, wall and railing. The 36mm laminated glass on the transparent balcony can hold 16 – 20 people at the same time.

The rooftop has a two-storey extension offering levels 25 and 26 which make up Nairobi’s highest dining area.
