However, through his lawyer Bryan Khaemba, Havi made an application before the High Court and secured an order barring his prosecution. In his court application, Khaemba argued his client was arrested and scheduled to take a plea over false claims by Wambua. He further stated that the DCI breached their mandate by arresting his client without conducting any investigations.

Is SA President Kenyan?

As chaos rocks South Africa following the jailing of former president Jacob Zuma, Kenya has been dragged into that conversation. Apparently, some South Africans believe that Cyril Ramaphosa, their current president, is a Kenyan who illegally gained South African citizenship and they have been calling for him to be deported to Kenya.

A video of a woman announcing that she was fed up with the rising cost of living and demanding Ramaphosa's deportation has gone viral across social media platforms of the conflict-ridden country.

"Is this how we are going to live? Really Ramaphosa, are you okay? I am not scared now. It is either you kill me or not. This is not a life we need to live in South Africa. It is either you go to Kenya or you leave us alone," lamented the woman.
