EPRA Announces Mass Recruitment of Permanent & Pensionable Jobs, How to Apply

Kenyans seeking to advance their careers can now apply for jobs after the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) announced that it was hiring.

In a statement, the authority noted that it is looking for a total of 63 workers, 50 to serve on a permanent and pensionable basis while 13 will be given a 5-year contract.

The vacancies range from directors in corporate services to directors in internal audit as well as drivers, a receptionist, office assistant and the communications manager

The application duration is open throughout the month of July closing on July 31, 2022.

How to Apply

Interested applicants are advised to send their applications, quoting the reference number, through the email recruitment22@epra.go.ke.

The applications should be addressed to the Director-General, Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) in Nairobi.

All applications must contain a signed application letter as well as a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) indicating their current and previous employers, positions held, current and expected salary, level of education and names of at least three professional referees, two of which must be working in the current organization.

Other requirements are copies of academic and professional certificates, a copy of Birth Certificate as well as a copy of their National Identification card.

"Shortlisted candidates will be required to avail original and copy of application letter, Curriculum Vitae; certified copies of the relevant academic and professional certificates; national identity card; birth certificate and valid clearance certificates from KRA; HELB; EACC; Credit Reference Bureau and Kenya Police as per chapter six of the Constitution during the interview," read the statement in part.

The application window closes at 5:00 p.m. on July 31.

Each applicant can access the details and requirements of individual job posts, minus expected salaries, on the authority's website.

Directorial positions are demanding applicants to have 12 years of experience which scales down to no experience in the driver and office assistant position.
