The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has finalised the tallying of presidential votes paving way for the chairperson, Wafula Chebukati, to declare the winner.
Among the criteria the four candidates, Raila Odinga of Azimio La Umoja, UDA's Deputy President William Ruto, Roots Party's George Wajackoyah and Agano Party's Waihiga Mwaure have to meet to be declared the 5th President of Kenya are; Garnering 50per cent + 1 vote and 25 per cent in 24 counties.
IEBC has reserved special seats for the four presidential candidates and their families at Bomas of Kenya.
Roots party presidential candidate George Wajackoyah and his Agano party counterpart, David Mwaure, have arrived at the Bomas of Kenya ahead of Chebukati's announcement.
