Classified as a public national school, the institution prides itself as the 'school of champions'.

Kabianga's Motto is Hardwork and Discipline for Success while its mission statement is: To be a model in academic excellence.

"Our purpose is to instill in our students the foundation necessary to go out into the world as lifelong learners, well prepared for higher learning institutions and for life," read part of the school's profile on their website.

The school incorporates three online channels that teachers use; zeraki learning, Google classroom and Microsoft office 365.

Zeraki learning involves the use of technology to solve some of the toughest challenges encountered in providing quality education in Africa.

Notable alumni from the school include Citizen TV's Stephen Letoo, former Energy CS Charles Keter and Manuel Chogge, Chief Executive Officer at Choggs Brothers Limited.
