Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi arrived in Baku, Azerbaijan, on Wednesday, March 1, to attend the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) contact group accompanied by his wife, Tessie Mudavadi.
He was received by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Fariz Rzayez, who accorded him a state reception then ushered him into a Mercedes Benz W223 Class S 400 d 4Matic.
The roads were cleared as Mudavadi cruised through the streets of Baku ahead of the international meeting.

Interior Features of the Mercedes
The 2020 model of that Mercedes costs north of Ksh32 million while the 2016 version retails at Ksh15 million.
The car has a phenomenal cabin full of high-quality materials including aluminium, leather seats, wood and soft-touch plastic.
To fit VIP status, its cabin is well-built and comfortable evoking an aesthetic value. Its front seats are made of leather upholstery which is heated and well-ventilated.
It also has a heated steering wheel and cooled-up armrests. Essential items fitted in the VIP car also include folding tray tables and footrests.
The VIP Mercedes is also fitted with child safety mechanisms including complete sets of latch connectors for the rear outboard seats and a tether anchor for the rear middle seat.

Others were a wireless device charging, Bluetooth, six USB ports, HD Radio, satellite radio, a 15-speaker stereo and gesture as well as voice recognition.
To help Mudavadi adjust to the weather in Baku, the car was also fitted with climate controls and a fragrance system.
Exterior Features
The W223 Class S 400 4Matic, which Mudavadi used, was turbocharged with a six-cylinder engine.
According to auto experts, the sleek Mercedes Benz engine produces a maximum power of 330 PferdStarke (PS). It is also fitted with a maximum torque of 700 Newton meters.
To help it cruise, its power is transmitted by the all-wheel drive (AWD) with a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
Additionally, W 223 Class S 400 d 4Matic braking system includes vented discs at the front and rear tyres.
