Huduma Centre is a government initiative which is aimed at providing citizens with access to public services in a convenient, efficient and transparent manner.

The first Huduma Centre was launched in 2013 in Nairobi, and since then, over 50 centres have been established across the country.

At Huduma Centres, citizens can access a wide range of services, including obtaining birth certificates, applying for ID cards, passport applications and renewals, business registration, filing taxes, and paying bills.

The centres also provide information on government programs and services, as well as a platform for citizens to give feedback and make complaints about government services.

The Huduma Centre model has been praised for its effectiveness in improving access to public services in Kenya, and has even been replicated in other countries such as Uganda and Tanzania.
