Citizen TV has unveiled former NRG Radio presenter Azeezah Hashim as the new host for the 10 over 10 show.
Azeezah will officially take over as the permanent host replacing Willis Raburu who joined TV47 in August.
The radio presenter will begin hosting the show on Friday, October 6 alongside co-host Guddah Man alias Mega Hype Man.
The duo took to social media to make the announcement and shared a video that was shot by the TV station to them as the new hosts.
"It's new mad energy. Vaibu tupu. Mambo ni vulaii (we are live) on 10 over 10," the announcer stated in the teaser.
On their part, the duo expressed optimism over their new role in the show even as they promised to deliver their best to the station's viewers.
"A dream come true. I still can’t believe I’ll be hosting the biggest entertainment show in the 254! Enyewe God is great! This and every other Friday on Citizen TV Kenya, the baddest TV duo will be on your screens. Your Fridays are never gonna be the same again! Gear ni 5," Azeezah stated.
"The wait is finally over! Meet #10over10 Hosts on Citizen TV. Azeezah and Mega Hype Man," Guddah Man added.
Notably, Azeezah quit NRG Radio on September 9 as she prepared for her new role at Royal Media Services (RMS).
The radio presenter has also been the host of Teen Republik on NTV.
Citizen TV officially made the replacements months after Raburu left and began the WabebeXP show on TV47.
After Raburu's exit, the show had guest hosts which included Eunice Mammito, Kamene Goro and DJ Bonez among others.
