A viral video of a female tenant hurling insults at a property manager and other personnel in a heated argument has elicited debate amongst Kenyans.

The lady, seemingly angry, threatened to shoot the property manager for allegedly failing to ensure that the CCTV cameras installed at the building were functional and of the highest quality.

As depicted in the footage, the building manager was captured appearing to prevail upon the female tenant to calm down but she was having none of it.

The same lady was also captured harassing the manager at a different setting within the same building, this time in the presence of a police officer.

Despite the presence of the law enforcement officer, the irate lady still threatened to shoot the building manager and other persons present at the scene. She could also be heard claiming that she had a gun and was well-trained.

Besides threatening to draw her gun, she also threatened to hit the property manager.

"Do you know who I am, let me tell you, you don't know who you are messing with. Put cameras that work," the lady stated.

The male building manager, however, remained calm and dismissed attempts by the lady to intimidate him.

As the episode unfolded, the lady lashed out at one person who was recording the incident. The tenant channelled her anger forcing him to cut the video short.

In both instances, she was with her children who were also accused of insulting the property manager. As the manager protested being insulted by the children, the lady shrugged off this concern insisting that her children were right.

The lady then proceeded to ask why the manager was being disrespectful in front of her children.

In an attempt to quell the situation, the officer was seen going inside the lady's vehicle.

After the video went viral, Kenyans condemned her behaviour. Most criticised her for her bad behaviour mistreatment of the building manager and for setting a bad example for her children.

She is reportedly being held at the police station.
