Popular City Lawyer Apollo Mboya was involved in a scuffle with a female guard at Kibera Law Courts on Friday morning.
Mboya allegedly tried to force his way into a space that was prohibited for parking and injured the guard manning the gate in the process.
"He entered forcefully and parked in a zone where even magistrates are not allowed," revealed the female guard.
The lawyer almost ran down the guard, injuring her leg in the process and it is claimed that he later hurled insults at her saying she was ‘old school’ and ‘not learned’.
A court official summoned Mboya to her chambers to sort the issue while the guard, only identified as Muthoni, was advised to report the matter at a nearby police station.
