A Nairobi tout landed in trouble after he failed to pay Sh10 after using the County Council public toilet in the city center.
Kennedy Simiyu Kuloba, was arrested after he beat up the toilet attendant who took issue with his refusal to pay up after using the facilities.
He was arraigned in court yesterday where he pleaded not guilty to assaulting the attendant, identified as Joseph Irungu.
He said accusations that he beat up Irungu were false and that he only tried to defend himself when the attendant attacked him for failing to pay.
Kuloba found himself at a loss after the judge imposed on him a Sh 20,000 bail.
