A herdsboy was on Thursday night arrested after he was caught engaging in sexual acts with a cow stolen from a home in Murang'a County.
The home owner, Patrick Kariuki, said he went to change a bulb at the cowshed but was shocked to find his cow missing.
Kariuki stated that he rushed back to his house to ask his wife on the whereabouts of the cow, but she was not aware.
Mr Kariuki reportedly searched further into the bush near his home but could not find it. It was on his way back that Kariuki said he heard noises and movements.
He used his torch to spot around and found the herdsman having sex with the cow which had been tied to a tree.
Mr Kariuki who is an Anglican Church Clergy, told the press that the police arrested the man and took him to Kahuro Police Station.
