Kenya Police Service Spokesman Charles Owino had lost has daughter after a short illness.
Reports indicate that Bella Owino passed away on Monday at Gertrudes Hospital where she had been taken for treatment after suddenly falling ill.
Owino's daughter died at only 15 and was a form one student at Kenya High School in Nairobi.
Her body is reportedly lying at the Lee Funeral Home.
