President Uhuru Kenyatta left the country Thursday night for an official visit in the United States.
He will be attending the annual Milken Institute Global Conference scheduled to run from April 26 to 29 in Los Angeles.
The annual conference brings together political and business leaders to exchange ideas in a bid to overcome some of the world's toughest challenges.
President Kenyatta will address the conference on Monday, April 27 and will market Kenya as one of the fastest growing economies and an attractive foreign investment destination.
He is also expected to meet Kenyans living in the US on April 25 at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport hotel.
