A video has emerged online showing a section of Kenyan parliamentarians showcase their dance moves amid cheers from a thrilled crowd.
The recording starts with Senate Speaker Ekwe Ethuro as a lead soloist in a live band performance of the legendary Fadhili William's song Taxi Driver.
Moments later, Kitutu Chache North Member of Parliament Jimmy Angwenyi, fires up the room with the famous twist dance before being joined by a female counterpart.
The roof is blown when National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi breaks away from the onlookers, with energetic and well choreographed moves.
Moved by the performance of his colleagues, Ethuro abandons the mic joining the leaders on the dimly lit stage. However, it is not clear where and when the filmed event took place.
