An undated video making rounds on social media shows an aircraft stuck in a pothole at Wilson Airport, Nairobi.
In the clip, the staff at the airport can be seen trying to rescue the plane 5Y-SMK after one of its wheels got trapped.
The workers shovelled and were finally able to free the tire.

Reports indicate that the incident is not the first as sections of the runways at the airport have developed potholes.
One of the workers identified as Jane told the Nation that two runaways were in a bad state.
"It’s a sad situation. Planes get stuck often, and it is the workers who are usually responsible for pulling them out of the potholes," she explained.
The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority Director-General Gilbert Kibe refrained from commenting on the incident stating: "We will comment on the situation later."
Earlier in May, there was outrage over the state of the runways at the airport after photos made rounds showing huge potholes filled with water following a heavy downpour.
At the time, Chairman of the Kenya Tourism Foundation Mohammed Hersi lamented: “Why would you look the other way about Wilson Airport. Are you waiting for a mishap?
"I use Wilson every week. The potholes and the messy arrival is not helping such a busy airport serving the region and flights to our national parks. These are bad scenes."
