"How many wives do you have mheshimiwa?" another questioned.

Khalwale leads a polygamous life where he has multiple wives and several children.

Gospel musician Mercy Masika took to Instagram to celebrate her husband David Muguro describing him as the most responsible father.

"Not only have you been a father to our kids but also to me. Wisdom and love are your strength. I know that it's only by God a man can be this amazing. You are the real deal of a man. I pray that Father."

Count your Blessings hitmaker Kambua stated: "*Father's Day* I cannot tell you how many times in the last few years I've picked up my phone to call my dad, and then just as quickly remembered that he, one day started off on a journey, on a one-way ticket. I miss him. Terribly. Everyday. I am a daddy's girl, unapologetically. He held my hand through decades of my life; I held his hand as the curtain closed on his."

Similarly, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino celebrated the day stating: "It is easier for a father to have children than for children to have a real father. Happy Father’s Day to all fathers and myself."
