Moha Jicho Pevu Launches First Ever Girls’ School in Nyali

Nyali Member of Parliament Mohammed Ali on Friday launched the construction of the first ever girl school in Nyali Constituency. The school will be constructed at Mla Leo Nyali.

The school was named Mlaleo Secondary School.

Laid the foundation stone for the first girls' high school at the Mla Leo today in Nyali. God loves his people,” Moha posted on his Facebook page.

This is the first girls’ schools in the entire Nyali constituency. There was and there is no other girls’ school in Nyali,” Moha explained while speaking on phone to Kenyans.co.ke.

According to the legislator, there were only two secondary schools in the area after he took over as the area representative.

When I came in, there were only two secondary schools, one by the name of Maweni and another Mombasa, for the physically handicapped. Those were the only two public schools. I built three more schools including Kongowea Secondary School,” Moha disclosed.

The legislator has been vocal since switching from the camera to the powerhouse.

He strongly refuted snide comments that labelled him as the DP William Ruto's "new second-hand spanner boy", after he was seen hanging around DP Ruto severally.

On August 2018, he released a report where he implicated various government officials, elected leaders, and businessmen of having a hand in the theft of the Ksh9 Billion at NYS.

The investigative journalist later revealed that he was working on a major comeback at a brand new TV station.
