Warning Message Esther Arunga Ignored that Could Have Saved Her - Hellon

Kenyan jazz maestro, Joseph Hellon, who was a close confidant to both Esther Arunga and her husband, Quincy Timberlake, on Tuesday night, gave a damning confession during an interview on NTV.

The pastor at the heart of a scandal that saw Arunga quit her media career in 2010, claimed to have held a meeting in 2010 between himself, his wife, Arunga and Quincy, during which he advised the former news anchor against her union with a man he termed as a con-man, as well as a cyber-criminal.

However, he went on to narrate that she totally ignored his advise, going on to block and cut him off from her life entirely.

"It's actually a very sad state of affairs, because I actually told Esther that Quincy was a bad person," the musician divulged.

Hellon also disclosed that he once faced up to Quincy, armed with evidence he had gathered, including equipment Arunga's husband allegedly used when swindling unsuspecting individuals.

"I confronted him with all that, including the syndicate he was running in Hurlingham and the guy started shaking, he even cried," the jazz maestro divulged.

The man linked to Arunga's jinxed marriage, then claimed that Quincy used witchcraft to endear himself to his currently embattled wife.

"Quincy was not only manipulative, but used witchcraft and black magic. He told me before he joined the church that he used to practice witchcraft," Hellon declared.

He remained adamant that he shared all his evidence with Arunga, claiming that the former KTN presenter was just too stubborn to even hear him out.

In addition, the musician categorically denied assertions that he was responsible for the union of the ill-fated couple.

"At no given time did I match-make Esther and Quincy and at no given time, did I ever support that relationship. I respected Esther as a 30-year-old making her choices," he asserted.

Arunga has since confessed to lying to the police about her son's (Sinclair Timberlake's) murder.

She had initially told investigating authorities that her son had died after rolling down a flight of stairs, in their home in Kallangur, north of Brisbane, on June 2014.
