The Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha on Monday, May 24 announced the opening of the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) system for KCSE candidates to either apply for the first time or revise their university selections.

Speaking at Joseph Kang'ethe Primary School, Magoha announced that all applicants would know their placements by the end of July 2021.

"I am pleased to note that KUCCPS is ready to proceed with university and college placement for the 2020 KCSE candidates. Accordingly, I wish to announce that the Revision of Choices for Placement to Degree, Diploma, Artisan and Craft Courses will commence today," he stated.

The exercise phase, according to KUCCPS, would run until June 11, 2021, at which point the registration will close.
