6 people were arrested on Monday by police officers in Thika, Kiambu in connection to the gruesome murder of a local business man.
The businessman is said to have been attacked last month by unknown men who robbed him then killed him before escaping.
The six were arrested in a raid on a house in Majengo slums after police officers got a tip from the public
Three pangas, a spear, a fake pistol and six needles were recovered in the raid.
Officers say the weapons could have been used in other criminal activities.
The six are part of a gang that has reportedly been harassing residents, getting away with serious offenses.
They will be arraigned in court today, Tuesday to answer to charges of robbery with violence and murder.
