Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) grew in TV viewership between 2021 and 2022, overtaking stations such as KTN Home, KTN News, Inooro TV and K24 TV

According to the latest report by the Media Council of Kenya (MCK) titled State of Kenya's Media in 2022 report, KBC grew from 3 percent in 2021 to 12 percent in 2022.

MCK attributed the rise to increased subscriptions owing to the World Cup period that took place between November 2022 and December 2022.
