Lawyer Morara Kebaso, who is President William Ruto's top critic, on Tuesday revealed that his mobile money account had hit the limit after receiving overwhelming contributions.

On Monday, the lawyer had appealed to the public to help him raise Ksh1.2 million to purchase a public address system among other necessities.

Last evening, he noted that his mobile account, whose limit is Ksh500,000, was full to the brim and asked the contributors to pose as he found other alternatives to receive their contributions.

He further noted that he had already purchased a 'super clear presidential address system' to continue with his national visits.

"Good evening. I thank you all for your contributions towards our mission. The mobile money account is full and the transaction limit has been exhausted. Kindly i request you to stop sending until tomorrow. Please," he told his followers.

"Kenyans have bought me a super clear presidential address system. Boy oh boy. You should see me use it. I will educate and educate and educate. I will walk around with translators like a pastor in a crusade."

In his statement, Kebaso further noted that he was determined to go after the government arguing that the regime was using fake accounts to attack his personality, with the latest claim being that he is uneducated.

"Those twenty Youth that operate from KICC (Kenyatta International Conference Center) ballroom and sometimes from Mudavadi Centre, I know them. I know they have registered not less than 50 X accounts each. I know they use a software called Tweetdeck to trend their hashtags like Mulika Morara. I am familiar with that game. Sadly, you are funding them using our taxes. Are those the jobs you said you will create on the digital highway?" He added

"If you thought you have bought the affordable opposition and compromised parliament and that now you have earned a license to sweep the treasury clean, you should think again."

Morara. who is known for visiting projects whose funding was already dispatched but remain in complete, has been touring the country and attracting the ire of the regime in the process.

On Monday, he noted that to scale his tours, he needed a PA system valued at Ksh840,000. He further explained that it would cost Ksh1.2 million to procure and install.

He insisted that the PA system will be used only for purposes of civic education and good governance campaigns.
