Company Puts 52 Apartment Building in Nairobi on Auction

A company in Nairobi has put 52 apartments in the same building at the Madaraka Estate on auction.

In a notice issued in the local dailies on January 13, the company revealed that the available apartments range from bedsitters to two-bedroom apartments.

The apartments are all contained in the same building and are available on all floors in the six-floor building.

On the first floor, seven apartments are available including two studios, a one-bedroom, and four two-bedrooms.

Four more two-bedrooms are available on the second floor alongside two bedsitters and one studio.

The third floor has the most apartments available with a total of 14 constituting seven two-bedrooms. 

The fourth floor hosts 9 more apartments up for auction consisting of two studios, two bedsitters, three one-bedrooms, and two two-bedrooms.

10 more apartments on the fifth floor with half of them being studios, two bedsitters, and three two-bedrooms.

The sixth and final floor has 13 apartments on auction with studios, bedsitters, and one-bedrooms having four vacancies each. A two-bedroom apartment is also available on the floor.

In total, there are 21 two-bedrooms, 10 one-bedrooms, 18 studios and 13 bedsitters.

Interested bidders can visit the building located along Raila Odinga Road about four kilometers from the Central Business District (CBD).

"The apartments are situated off Mbagathi Road, opposite Akila II Flats in Madaraka Estate, approximately 4km from the City Centre. It lies on GPS Coordinates 1°18'43.64" S and 36°48'25.15" E," the notice reads.
