For Diploma programmes, you must have attained a minimum of C with specific qualifications in cluster subjects.

Upgrading courses requires that a candidate have a certificate in a respective field, while for Higher Diploma programmes, candidates must have attained a Diploma course as per the guidelines.

To apply for placement at a college, an applicant must be a Kenyan citizen. However, non-Kenyan citizens are eligible for placement in the KMTC programmes.

Those with challenges applying have been advised to visit any nearest Huduma Centres across the country to be assisted with the applications before the January 27 time limit.

Meanwhile, the opportunity is expected to give hundreds of students a chance and help respond to Kenya’s growing demand for healthcare professionals, with KMTC being one of the largest trainers of medical personnel in the country.

Over the years, KMTC has produced professionals who play a critical role in the public health sector, with graduates deployed across the country to support the government's universal health delivery aspirations in hospitals, clinics, and community health units.
