Kenyans on Twitter held a heated discussion after Veteran Journalist Macharia Gaitho's daughter Lisa Gaitho wrote a controversial post on her blog comparing Kenyan women to Nigerian women.
In the post, Ms Gaitho described Nigerian women as classy and stylish adding that Kenyan women were rubbish compared to their Nigerian counterparts.
Her father Macharia Gaitho is a former Managing Editor, Special Projects for the Daily Nation.

DP Ruto accused the National Supper Alliance (NASA) of stealing part of Jubilee’s manifesto including the free secondary education promise.
Labour Party Ababu Namwamba backed the DP stating that NASA strongholds were now championing Jubilee’s re-election.
Siaya Senator James Orengo was trending after he lectured Attorney General Githu Muigai during the hearing of a case challenging the announcement of Presidential results at the Constituency level.
AG Muigai argued that the law was sound enough to shield the country from the past thus there was no need to mistrust the IEBC.
Orengo who was of a different opinion stated: "It cannot be said the law, as it is, gives the commission or its chair the position of varying presidential results as received from the returning officer at the constituency."
The two engaged in a courtroom showdown that caused excitement on Twitter.

This topic was trending after Kenyans on Twitter expressed their sentiments on why they would vote back the Jubilee government.
Kenyans pointed out some of the development projects launched by Jubilee stating that President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto deserved a second term to carry on with the great work.
This topic was trending after a poll conducted by the East African Index for African Electoral Observation Group emerged showing the August Election is decided, with 51% of Kenyans polling for President Uhuru Kenyatta and 49% for National Super Alliance (NASA) Flag bearer Raila Odinga.
Classic 105 Presenter Maina Kageni was still trending today following a video he shared on Wednesday where he claims to have been cleared to vie for the Nairobi Woman Representative seat.
In the 2-minute video, Maina shows some documents which he describes as a certificate from the Registrar of Political Parties and a clearance from the IEBC.
