KANU Parliamentary Aspirant Samuel Kamau Nga'nga Swindles Sh8 Million from Uncle in Fraudulent Land Deal

KANU Party Parliamentary Aspirant for Kandara Constituency in Murang'a County was charged with swindling Sh 8 Million from his uncle through a fraudulent land deal.

Mr Samuel Kamau Ng’ang’a allegedly obtained Sh7.85 Million from his uncle Simon Njoroge after he pretended he was in a position to sell him land.

Kamau was arraigned before Kiambu Principal Magistrate Stella Atambo on Wednesday where he was charged with three counts of forgery for faking a title deed.

The accused denied all the charges and was freed on a Sh3 Million bond or an alternative of Sh2 Million cash bail.

The hearing and determination of the case will start on June 3rd.

Mr Kamau was previously in the Jubilee Party before he defected to KANU.

He is looking to unseat incumbent MP Alice Wahome who will vie on a Jubilee ticket.
