Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko Admits to Being Deputy President William Ruto's Project

Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko has admitted to being a project of Deputy President William Ruto as claimed by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero and Peter Kenneth.

In a statement issued alongside his Team Nairobi compatriates, Nairobi Woman Representative Rachael Shebesh and Senatorial candidate Johnson Sakaja, the Senator was unapologetic of the fact as conveyed by the Woman Representative.

"So as you're calling Sonko a project of Ruto that is fine. He should be project of Ruto. he must be because Ruto is our deputy president," Shebesh thundered.

They further took down the former Gatanga Member of Parliament accusing him of colluding with Kidero.

"You are now PK - Peter Kidero. You are definitely showing us that you are now Kidero's project. Let's see which project will win," the Woman Representative stated.

Senator Sonko further accused both his rivals of getting personal after sensing defeat.

"Kidero should stop diverting attention from his unforgivable mistakes by picking on Sakaja and other issues. He should deal with me because mimi ni dawa yake (I am his match).

"Peter Kenneth should stop bickering. He called me a thief, criticised me for wearing suits but because I did Governance and Ethics at KeMU (Kenya Methodist University) I will not respond," Sonko stated.

The three had been locked up in a strategic meeting on Sunday and emerged to accuse Peter Kenneth of splitting votes in Nairobi as he is not likely to win.
